Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development executives and consultants.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
  • Monitor performance metrics, sales pipelines, and prepare regular progress reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client advisory, with at least 6 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience within the business setup, big 4 companies, wealth management, private equity, investment, mergers and acquisitions services industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently exceed sales goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE company formation processes (mainland and freezone) is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Native English speakers preferred
