Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager at Vista, you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of our organization, maintaining our reputation as the Global leader in private aviation. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Presales & Direct, you will be working directly with Sales Consultants, driving their performance to meet and exceed sales goals. You will also be a key contributor to the development and execution of sales strategies, fostering a culture of excellence.

Sales Team Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and train Sales Consultants.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales team culture.

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Collaborate with the Sales Leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Identify regional market trends, opportunities, and threats to adjust the sales approach accordingly.

Sales Process Optimization

  • Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs.

Product Knowledge and Training

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and product knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to Sales Consultants to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
