Job Responsibilities

  • Research and identify solar-related businesses, markets, and opportunities in the city and neighboring areas, including tracking PV panel trends, mapping end customers, exploring B2B partnership potentials, and understanding solar panel demand dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with both prospective clients and existing accounts to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
  • Understand the specific needs of EPC companies and end-users, then introduce and recommend LONGi products that align with their project objectives and requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team to co-create strategies for lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion of prospects into paying clients.
  • Prepare customized presentations, product proposals, and quotes for prospective clients, tailored to their business needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms, finalize deals, and achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and adjust strategies proactively.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging solar technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, sales negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
  • Demonstrated teamwork spirit and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and compiling detailed, data-driven sales reports.
  • Basic understanding of the solar industry (e.g., PV panels, EPC workflows) is a plus.
