Business Development Manager

• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, converting leads, managing customer relationships, and submitting competitive, compliant quotations to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Support regional growth initiatives, maintain market intelligence, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth order management, customer service, and financial processes
• Market research and analysis for potential sales Active sales, negotiations, and contract works. Implementing a sales plan Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress Managing sales projects

Requirements:

• Proven sales/business development experience in aviation-related industries (Aviation Parts and Materials)
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Engineering background.
