Position: Business Development Manager
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite) – Morning
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal (DMCHS), Karachi

About the Role

Artwing Studios is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our client growth initiatives and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in expanding business opportunities within the creative and digital media industry.

This is a leadership role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution — ideal for someone who can drive revenue growth, guide sales teams, and identify new market opportunities for the company’s creative and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through proactive lead generation and networking
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction
  • Oversee proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing of high-value deals
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and performance teams to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Provide mentorship, direction, and performance feedback to business development and sales executives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to guide strategic decisions
  • Present business performance updates and growth reports to senior management
  • Represent Artwing Studios at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a creative, media, or digital marketing agency
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets
  • Strong understanding of agency operations, branding, digital marketing, and client servicing dynamics
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Experience in managing or mentoring a small sales or business development team
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, proposal tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field
