The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, result-driven professional with strong negotiation, relationship management, and market analysis skills to expand the company’s presence and profitability in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Identify potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities across sectors.
  • Prepare business proposals, commercial offers, and presentation materials for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to enhance engagement.
  • Negotiate terms and close business deals that maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth handover and coordination with project and operations teams post-deal.

Revenue & Performance Targets

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present growth analysis to senior management.
  • Propose new business lines, service expansions, or partnership models to increase ROI.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations departments to align goals and campaigns.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior business development or sales staff.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate, F&B, or facility management.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales and partnership targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE business practices, tendering, and contracting processes.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
