The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, result-driven professional with strong negotiation, relationship management, and market analysis skills to expand the company’s presence and profitability in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Identify potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities across sectors.
- Prepare business proposals, commercial offers, and presentation materials for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to enhance engagement.
- Negotiate terms and close business deals that maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth handover and coordination with project and operations teams post-deal.
Revenue & Performance Targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present growth analysis to senior management.
- Propose new business lines, service expansions, or partnership models to increase ROI.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations departments to align goals and campaigns.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior business development or sales staff.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate, F&B, or facility management.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales and partnership targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE business practices, tendering, and contracting processes.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
