Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience in IT software services or software development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in applying and managing tenders and proposals for clients in the UK, USA, UAE, and Saudi Arabia markets.

You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the sales process to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets (UK, USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia).
• Prepare, submit, and manage tender applications, RFPs, and proposals for IT/software projects.
• Generate leads through online platforms, networking, and partnerships.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions.
• Maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare business development reports and maintain CRM records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the IT/software services industry.
• Proven experience in handling international tenders and bid submissions (UK, USA, UAE, KSA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, or other bidding platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
