Key Responsibilities
- Develop and share monthly lead generation reports with management.
- Identify and develop new markets by effectively representing the company to potential clients.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with potential clients to nurture business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database for upcoming projects in relevant industries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with potential clients to discuss partnerships and proposals.
- Monitor online trends and engage actively with the online community to boost visibility and outreach.
- Manage local and international office operations and travel domestically and internationally with the CEO or CEO Club team when required.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings to enhance its profile and network.
- Establish KPIs to measure business development effectiveness and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team, offering guidance, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, pitches, and presentations that align with client requirements and the company’s capabilities.
- Set and achieve revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client accounts.
- Design and implement market expansion strategies for new and existing markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client acquisition and retention.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and progress toward business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to refine business strategies.
