Business Development & Sales
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the events, exhibitions, and MICE sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, associations, government bodies, and other potential partners.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and providing tailored event solutions.
- Monitor client feedback and implement strategies for retention and repeat business.
Strategic Planning & Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals and targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
Proposal & Presentation Management
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and bids for events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Collaborate with operations, creative, and production teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
Networking & Industry Engagement
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance visibility and generate leads.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the events and MICE industry.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Provide input for event concepts, design, sponsorship strategies, and client-specific requirements.
Required Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing within the events, exhibitions, or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry.
- Strong background in B2B sales and developing partnerships with corporate clients, associations, and government entities.
