Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving student enrolment growth, strengthening branch-level admissions performance, expanding market presence, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The role requires strong leadership, field presence, and strategic execution to ensure consistent admissions outcomes across all branches while maintaining regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Admissions Leadership
- Lead, train, and manage high-performing admissions and recruitment teams across all branches.
- Foster a collaborative, target-driven culture focused on achieving enrolment and revenue goals.
- Set clear monthly and annual admissions targets and conduct regular performance reviews, including one-on-one evaluations.
- Design and implement branch-specific sales strategies and marketing initiatives to improve lead conversion rates and market visibility.
2. Branch Monitoring & Field Presence
- Conduct regular scheduled visits to all branches to assess admissions operations, team efficiency, and customer engagement practices.
- Perform on-site quality assurance and spot checks to ensure admissions processes align with institutional policies and standards.
- Act as the key liaison between branch admissions teams and senior management on operational and business matters.
- Identify and report branch-specific resource requirements, including staffing, marketing materials, and infrastructure needs, particularly during peak enrolment periods.
3. Market Development & Strategic Partnerships
- Establish and maintain partnerships with corporate organizations, relocation agencies, schools, and other referral sources to generate consistent student leads.
- Represent Atlas Group of Institutions at education fairs, exhibitions, school events, and professional networking platforms across the UAE.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis at branch level to support pricing strategies, program positioning, and value proposition refinement.
4. Customer Experience & Retention
- Handle complex admissions cases, escalations, and complaints to ensure high levels of parent and student satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Centre Heads to develop and implement student retention and re-enrolment strategies.
- Analyse discontinued or withdrawn student data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for service improvement.
5. Revenue Growth & Program Development
- Identify, propose, and support the implementation of suitable academic and professional courses to increase organizational revenue.
- Work with academic and operations teams to assess market demand and feasibility of new programs.
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports on admissions performance, enquiry sources, conversion ratios, and branch-wise outcomes.
- Ensure all admissions and registration processes comply with UAE Ministry of Education regulations and relevant local authority requirements.
- Maintain accurate admissions data and documentation across all branches.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in business development or admissions leadership within the education sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-branch operations and achieving enrolment targets.
