Business Development Manager – Carpentry & Joinery Works

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the company’s carpentry and joinery portfolio by leveraging strong, existing relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and villa builders across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The ideal candidate has deep market knowledge, a strong network, and a proven track record of securing fit‑out, joinery, and carpentry projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities with developers, main contractors, and villa construction companies.
• Maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Identifying and targeting high‑value projects in residential, commercial, hospitality, and villa sectors.
• Preparing and presenting proposals for carpentry and joinery works.
• Coordinating with estimation, design, and production teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely submissions.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong network in Abu Dhabi and Dubai with developers, consultants, and contractors.
• Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in business development within joinery, carpentry, or fit‑out.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of joinery production processes and material specifications.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Well-connected professional with established links to major developers (Aldar, Emaar, Damac, Bloom, etc.).
• Experience securing villa and bespoke joinery projects.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction cycles.
• Ability to bring immediate business opportunities through existing relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
