WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – MANPOWER RECRUITMENT (DUBAI)

Zedaar Human Resources Consultancy – LLC is on the lookout for a high-performing Business Development Manager who can hunt, close, and grow manpower business in the Dubai market.

This role is for deal closers, not coordinators.
If you have a strong client base, deep manpower agency experience, and can convert leads into long-term revenue, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Own:

• Aggressively generate leads and convert them into manpower contracts
• Leverage your existing client network across construction, MEP, FM, logistics & related sectors
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: lead generation → client onboarding → sourcing → deployment → post-deployment grievance handling
• Coordinate with sourcing, operations, and overseas partners to ensure fast and compliant mobilization
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring retention and repeat business
• Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Who Should Apply:

• 5+ years of UAE experience in a manpower recruitment agency (MANDATORY)
• Proven track record in business development & sales closures
• Strong client base in Dubai / UAE
• Hands-on understanding of end-to-end recruitment operations
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-focused mindset

Salary: NEGOTIABLE (based on experience & client portfolio) + growth opportunities
