Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – UAE Market Experienced
Lead Growth. Lead People. Lead the Market.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong UAE market exposure to drive revenue growth, close high-value deals, and lead the marketing and sales function. This is a leadership role where the core responsibility is managing, guiding, and scaling the marketing and sales team while personally overseeing key accounts and strategic opportunities. The position reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through market research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, meetings, and client presentations
  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Prepare proposals, sponsorship decks, contracts, and pricing estimates
  • Negotiate and close deals in line with company objectives
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to secure repeat and cross-sell business
  • Work closely with senior management to close sponsorship and partnership deals
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to improve performance and conversion rates
  • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, pipeline, and sales performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates
  • Report directly to the CEO with regular updates on sales strategy, team performance, and growth initiatives
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the marketing and sales team, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives
  • Define team targets, KPIs, and sales plans, and monitor performance on a regular basis
  • Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and performance management to improve conversions and productivity
  • Drive collaboration between marketing and sales to ensure effective lead generation and pipeline growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of business development or B2B sales experience
  • UAE market experience is mandatory
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum 8/10 proficiency)
  • Proven experience in B2B telesales or consultative selling
  • Event management or sponsorship sales background is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, deal structuring, and negotiation
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales or business development team
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with leadership capability

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • MBA or Master’s degree is a plus

Compensation & Working Hours

  • Fixed Salary + performance-based incentives
  • Office hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Work mode: On-site (Lahore Johar Town)
