Business Development Manager

The Hook is a newly launched marketing agency in Bahrain, built to create impactful work for brands across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. As we grow, we’re looking for a driven Bahraini Business Development Manager to help us build strong client relationships and expand our presence in the market.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and representing The Hook in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. This role includes regular travel to Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients and partnerships
• Build long-term client relationships
• Attend meetings, pitches, and networking events in Bahrain & KSA
• Coordinate closely with the internal team to align client needs with delivery
• Build proposal development and negotiations

Requirements

• Bahraini nationality (mandatory)
• Proven experience in business development and sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia
• Marketing, agency, or media experience is a strong plus

Pay: BD800.000 - BD900.000 per month
