Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide the business development team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate high-quality leads from multiple platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant portals.
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients and convert leads into opportunities
- Stay updated on and implement new tools and techniques for lead generation.
- Take initial discovery calls with potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or software services industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Proficiency in using modern lead generation and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
