Business Development Manager

Job Description:

1. Setting goals and developing plans for business and income growth.

2. Developing strategies to meet those goals on the basis of organization’s strength.

3. Training staff with respect to the business development and latest expansion plans.

4. Research & visit the market for identifying new business opportunities.

5. Build networks to acquire more alliances in big scale.

6. Identify customers’ needs and to provide solutions of their problems.

7. Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.

8. Working with management to identify and manage business risks that might prevent growth.

9. Identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies.

10. Maintaining record of business activity and to submit daily, weekly, monthly & yearly reports.

11. Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.

12. Generating new polices where needed.

13. Identifying target groups and profiling them under A, B & C categories.

14. Modulating operational procedures for new spot.

15. Developing an online tracking mechanism with the latest tech involvement.

16. Devising new strategies for comfortable payment and clearance mechanism.

17. To travel & stay in different cities as per work requirement.

18. Any other related task assigned by seniors.

Job Specification:

1. At least Post-Graduation in Marketing or related domain.

2. At least four to five years of relevant experience.

3. Ability to effectively research new markets.

4. Well-versed with MS Office and related ERPs.

5. Good communication skills, both verbal & written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
