Business Development Manager

Winter: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Pakistan Time

This role supports international operations and requires availability during night shift hours.

International Communication Requirement

Role Objective

Own international revenue targets and build a predictable, scalable sales engine for Xorora’s data, digital, and software services across US and global markets.

This is a revenue ownership role, not a support position.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Define and execute international go to market strategy
  • Identify target industries and decision makers
  • Position Xorora’s services competitively

Sales Closing

  • Lead full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to signed contract
  • Conduct high value discovery calls and presentations
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close international IT service deals

Pricing

  • Develop structured service pricing models
  • Build proposals aligned with margin targets
  • Protect commercial viability while remaining competitive

Partnerships

  • Build referral and channel partnerships
  • Identify collaboration opportunities in international markets

Pipeline Management

  • Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage ratio
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue
  • Maintain CRM discipline and reporting accuracy

Revenue Accountability

  • Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Contribute directly to company growth and profitability
  • Maintain consistent deal flow

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience in IT or software sales
  • Minimum 2 years handling international clients
  • Proven track record of closing international deals
  • Strong commercial awareness and pricing understanding
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to confidently communicate with US and global clients
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
  • Highly self driven and performance focused

Preferred

  • Experience selling to US market
  • Experience in B2B consulting or technology services
  • Strong CRM and sales process discipline
