Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong client relationships, and handling day-to-day sales activities related to laminate flooring and elevator/escalator projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Explore and manage market opportunities for laminate flooring and elevator/escalator projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and corporate clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing deals professionally.
  • Conduct site visits and project follow-ups to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project completion.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to maintain competitive positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management (preferably in construction, flooring, elevators, or building materials industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer handling and relationship management abilities.
  • Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field sales operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
