Role Overview

Scaleup Connect is hiring a Business Development Manager on behalf of its client in the insurance sector. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business by selling insurance products to individual clients, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role requires strong field sales capability, client acquisition skills, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential individual clients to promote insurance products
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Conduct client meetings to explain insurance plans and benefits
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Provide consultation to clients based on their insurance needs
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities
• Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
• Stay updated on company products and insurance market trends

Education Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: PKR 90,000 per month
