Role Overview
We are seeking a performance-driven Business Development Manager who will take ownership of the full client acquisition cycle: from prospect identification to signed contract execution.

This role is responsible for building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, leading commercial discussions, and closing deals. The primary objective is clear: Convert prospects into leads and leads into long-term client contracts.

Core Responsibilities
1. Prospect Generation & Market Outreach

• Identify and research potential clients in international markets
• Execute outbound outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, META ads)
• Develop and maintain a structured prospect pipeline
• 2. Lead Qualification & Opportunity Development
• Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients
• Understand business requirements and challenges

3. Proposal & Commercial Structuring4. Negotiation & Contract Closure

• Prepare tailored proposals and commercial offers
• Structure pricing models and engagement terms
• Lead commercial negotiations
• Finalize scope, pricing, and delivery frameworksKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Prospect-to-lead conversion rate
• Lead-to-contract conversion rate
• Monthly revenue closed
• Deal cycle duration
• Client retention and expansion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
• 1–2 years of experience working with international clients
• Proven record of closing deals and generating revenue
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Preferred Experience

• Experience in AI, SaaS, or technology consulting environments
• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
• Understanding of commercial contracts and pricing structures
• Ability to work in performance-driven environments
