Skill: Major Incident Manager
- Lead P3/P4 Incidents: Facilitate bridges for medium/low incidents end to end—triage, engage SMEs, drive restoration within SLAs, and close with quality documentation.
- Escalate P1/P2: Immediately initiate bridges, stabilize, and escalate to Day IMT per on-call rota; ensure seamless handoff with clear status, actions, and next steps.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Bring the right technical/business stakeholders together, assign actions, track progress, and remove blockers to accelerate resolution.
- ITIL Compliance & Records: Log, prioritize, update tickets in the ITSM tool; capture minutes, decisions, timelines, and technical action plans aligned to the customer’s ITIL process.
- Communications & Paging: Send timely incident updates (internal/external), page/notify resources as needed, and maintain accurate communication channels throughout the incident.
Salary Range - $90,000-$110,000 a year
