Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate deals and close sales agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance)
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Good knowledge of market trends and customer needs
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Strong networking abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
