We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals across local and international markets.
Location: Lahore
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services (Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Staffing, etc.)
- Generate leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams to design solutions aligned with client needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasts in CRM tools
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and client presentations
- Proven experience in IT services sales / business development
- Strong understanding of IT domains such as:
- Cloud (AWS, Azure)
- Cybersecurity
- Managed Services
- IT Staffing / Outsourcing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience in international sales (Middle East, US, or Europe markets)
- Existing client network or strong industry connections
