Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager located in Karachi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, searching new markets and costumers, managing client relationships, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and conducting market research. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the achievement of business goals, preparing sales reports, and attending industry events. The Business Development Manager will also oversee the negotiation and closing of deals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive or in FMCG field for minimum 5 years.
  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong market research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve desired sales targets.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
