About Job:

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager with a strong focus on LinkedIn-driven lead generation and US market expansion. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of building pipelines and closing deals through LinkedIn outreach and advanced prospecting tools. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with deep expertise in modern sales tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) outreach and networking
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline targeting US-based decision-makers
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns using LinkedIn and cold email strategies
  • Utilize tools like Apollo and similar platforms for data-driven prospecting
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads, activities, and conversions in CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and offerings

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
  • Proven success in working with the US market
  • Mandatory hands-on expertise in:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Apollo (or similar prospecting tools)
  • CRM systems
  • Strong experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outbound sales
  • Excellent communication and pitching skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Ability to work in US time zones

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B services
  • Familiarity with multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn + Email + Calls)
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on performance metrics
  • Location: Lahore
  • Timings:10AM-7PM
  • Work Days: Mon - FRI
  • Work Mode: Onsite
