We are currently seeking to hire an experienced, ambitious, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding the business operations of Focus Power Security Services LLC and Focus Gold Technical Services LLC across the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and securing service contracts in highly competitive sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across the UAE market in sectors such as security services, manpower supply, technical services, and facilities management.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, client visits, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and expand the company’s client portfolio by securing new contracts with corporate, commercial, industrial, and government entities.
- Develop strong business relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare professional proposals, tenders, prequalification documents, pricing submissions, and commercial offers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and meetings to negotiation, contract award, and account handover.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support strategic planning.
- Coordinate closely with operations, HR, finance, and service delivery teams to ensure successful mobilization and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure retention, renewals, and additional business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company growth objectives.
- Represent the companies professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Proven UAE experience in business development, sales, or account management within security services, manpower supply, facilities management, technical services, or related industries.
- Strong existing network and market connections within UAE corporate and government sectors.
- Demonstrated success in winning contracts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of tendering procedures, commercial contracts, and pricing strategies.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform under pressure.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Proven track record in securing contracts, achieving sales targets, and generating new business opportunities within the UAE market.
- Strong client database and market connections will be an added advantage.
