Business Development Manager

Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Sales Manager who can own the complete sales cycle in the software and digital marketing space — from lead generation to closing, while leading and scaling a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end sales across IT services, SaaS, and digital marketing solutions
  • Lead client meetings, discovery calls, and proposal discussions with confidence
  • Build, manage, and mentor a sales team with clear targets and accountability
  • Own sales operations: pipelines, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and performance tracking
  • Generate and convert leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and outbound strategies
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with strong reply and conversion rates
  • Work closely with marketing and tech teams to align offerings with client needs
  • Identify gaps in the funnel, fix bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion rates

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in IT/software sales and digital marketing services
  • Strong command over client communication, negotiation, and closing
  • Hands-on expertise with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, and data scraping tools
  • Deep understanding of sales operations and pipeline management
  • Experience in leading teams and taking full ownership of targets
  • Practical knowledge of email marketing systems and outreach frameworks
  • Solid understanding of tech stacks, SaaS products, and marketing services
  • A problem-solver mindset — someone who figures things out and delivers results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
