YOUR TASKS

• Develop and execute business development strategies for Pakistan’s automotive sector, driving revenue growth, market penetration, and customer retention
• Identify and secure opportunities across automotive supply chains, including CKD/SKD imports, time-critical shipments, and aftermarket distribution
• Manage revenue, profitability, and cost performance for automotive accounts, ensuring alignment with country targets and business objectives
• Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across OEMs, vendor networks, and dealership ecosystems in major automotive hubs
• Lead complex negotiations and deliver tailored logistics solutions aligned with Just-in-Time (JIT) and inventory optimization requirements
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and supply chain dynamics, translating insights into actionable strategies to enhance market positioning
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the Automobile Sector.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills.
• Can perform under pressure and take initiatives.
• Should be able to focus on identifying and understanding each customer’s needs. Expresses and acts on desire to assist customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Have an understanding of supply chain management and express logistic business practices.
