Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our client's team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the electrical system solutions industry, with a proven track record in sales, business growth, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive business expansion and market presence.
Responsibilities:

Build business relationships and proactively support partners, internal teams, and customers.

Achieve designated sales targets within your territory.

Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.

Prepare and execute business plans and bids, identifying and developing new market opportunities in the assigned geographical area and segments.

Generate demand for JEFs Technical Services through a constant and tailored approach towards Power and Oil & Gas Utilities, Process Industries, Engineering Studies & Consultancy.

Develop the business by identifying qualified opportunities and converting them into sustainable business.

Organize, plan, and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering; a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.

Proven professional experience as an electrical sales engineer or a related role.

Minimum of 7 years of industry work experience in selling technical services directly to ARAMCO, SEC, SABIC, etc.

Ability to drive and travel extensively around the region and outside the base location depending on business requirements.

A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to work cohesively with stakeholders to maximize output.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, good organizational skills, and strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Fluency in English is a must; business communication in Arabic is an advantage.
