Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our B2B growth efforts. This position is dedicated to hunting for new opportunities, building professional relationships, and closing deals. You will be the point of contact between Southern Love Landscaping and property managers, HOAs, and commercial developers, ensuring our pipeline stays full and our quotes turn into active contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Outreach: Proactively identify and engage potential commercial clients (Property Managers, General Contractors, Developers, and HOAs) through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships to ensure Southern Love is the "first call" for all landscaping and design needs.
  • Quote Follow-Up: Take ownership of the sales cycle by following up on sent quotes to address any concerns and answer any questions.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local business meetups in the Austin area.
  • Hybrid Workflow: Balance your time between remote strategic planning/outreach and in-person site visits or networking meetings.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Austin, TX (Williamson County)
