Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in B2B sales, preferably targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target potential clients in the US and international markets through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other B2B platforms
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Conduct strategic outreach to generate new business opportunities

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Initiate conversations with prospects and understand their business needs
  • Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively

Proposal Management

  • Prepare, customize, and deliver high-quality proposals and outreach messages
  • Ensure proposals align with client requirements and highlight company strengths
  • Track and follow up on proposals to improve conversion rates

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance insights to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development (US market experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of client acquisition and international sales strategies
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn messaging, Sales Navigator, and proposal writing
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in tech, AI solutions, SaaS, Digital Marketing Services or IT services sales
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and automation platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to craft compelling, high-conversion sales proposals
