Business Development Manager (B2B + Freelance Platforms Expert)

Are you a growth-driven Business Development Manager with strong B2B expertise and hands-on experience working with platforms like Upwork and Fiverr?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities across international markets
  • Develop and manage client acquisition strategies on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms
  • Write compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals independently
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Analyze market trends to optimize sales approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, design) to align offerings with client needs

Requirements:

  • Proven 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Hands-on experience and successful track record on Upwork and Fiverr
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong portfolio of closed deals and revenue generation
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach

Office timings:

6 PM - 3 AM (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
