Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-oriented BD cum Counsellor to manage student counseling, drive admissions, and achieve business development targets. The role involves extensive calling, lead follow-ups, and guiding students/parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a passion for helping students make the right career choices.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Calling:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.

Handle inbound calls, provide detailed course information, and address queries.

Convert leads generated through calls, references, walk-ins, and online inquiries into enrollments.

Maintain daily call records, track conversions, and meet admission targets.

Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporates for lead generation.

Counselling:

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents.

Understand student needs, career goals, and recommend suitable programs.

Guide students through the admission process, including documentation and fee details.

Ensure students/parents have a smooth and positive experience.

Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Language : English Must

Experience : At least 5 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,966.70 - ₹30,000.00 per month
