Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in the software industry?
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage a mix of existing accounts and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling software solutions, especially CRM systems, and be passionate about driving growth and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand our market presence.
• Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calls, warm leads, and networking.
• Increase revenue by expanding current accounts and acquiring new clients.
• Present customized proposals and quotations to clients.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote services and generate leads.
• Set and achieve sales targets while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must have experience in the software industry, with a strong preference for CRM software sales.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM tools and sales software.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
