Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and client acquisition efforts in the international markets.
This role is ideal for a professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships, leading teams, and turning opportunities into tangible results.

You will be at the forefront of Accqrate’s business expansion, managing end-to-end sales cycles, guiding associates, and representing the brand with confidence and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Lead outreach efforts, through calls, meetings, and presentations, to engage enterprise clients and partners.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across ERP, E-Invoicing, and SaaS domains in Saudi Arabia and key international regions.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies with business objectives.
  • Represent Accqrate in client discussions, demos, and industry events, projecting trust and expertise.
  • Track key metrics, prepare reports, and provide market insights to support leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in technology or ERP/E-Invoicing sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to identify and act on new market opportunities.
  • Experience managing and mentoring sales teams is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Must be based in Ahmedabad or ready to relocate to Ahmedabad and open to full-time, on-site work.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
