Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions/products/services
  • Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations and proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance and pipeline metrics
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and meetings as required
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms
