About the Company

We are a growing Facility Management company providing security, housekeeping, and soft services to residential communities and corporate clients. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can build long-term relationships and help expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business from residential communities, corporate offices, and builders.
• Identify leads, meet prospects, prepare proposals, and close service contracts.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of new clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in facility management, security services, or manpower outsourcing.
• Strong local network and understanding of the Hyderabad market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings (own vehicle preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
