We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager with over 2+ years of experience to join our team and help us expand our market presence. In this role, you’ll be leading our sales efforts, leveraging your expertise to identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals.

Business Development

Identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities

Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients and client information

Prospecting new customers via phone, email, and social media
-
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.

Cold calling and making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
-
Participating in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for marketing programs
-
Executing the said ideas to drive up sales.
Market research
-
Analyze and interpret marketing and website data to provide meaningful insights to the Product development team and leadership team
-
Research and explore new opportunities and create customer centric strategies for marketing

Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Customer engagement
-
Building business relationships with current and potential clients

Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions

Providing status updates to key stakeholders, product team, and leadership team

Coordinate and support development of content for customer engagements

Understand customer needs and assist the Product department to develop a Product Market Fit
Social Media Engagement Strategies-

Develop and execute social media strategies including creating and adding content onto social media websites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn

Create content and conceptualize website design ideas that are simple and user friendly for our website

Leverage customer insight data to refine digital content
Business Development Manager’s Duties & Responsibilities:

Discover and actively pursue fresh business prospects by engaging in proactive lead generation and prospecting initiatives.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Business Development Manager’s Requirements -

2+ years of experience in a comparable position

Understanding of basic sales techniques, with a focus on consultative selling approaches.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities enabling effective engagement and influence over a broad spectrum of stakeholders.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.

Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and analyze sales data.
-
Basic knowledge about Office software, CRM, IBM, AWS, REDHAT
-
Proactive and results-driven mindset.

Bachelor’s degree, additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
