Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales background.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business growth plans in line with company objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on industry developments.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth by closing deals and securing partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Networking & Relationship Management:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Analyze key metrics and optimize sales strategies for continuous growth.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field working alongside a Digital Marketing agency.

Knowledge: Complete understanding of digital marketing & the services offered

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
