We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our software sales initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for technology-driven business development and strategic market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, software demos, and quotations.
  • Manage and mentor the Business Development Executives team.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams for solution delivery alignment.
  • Participate in business meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts.

Required Skills

  • 0-2years experience in software sales / IT services business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of ERP, CRM, Web/Mobile App solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
