Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for WPC boards, veneers, wall panels, louvers, and interior décor products
  • Drive sales through architects, interior designers, builders, modular kitchen manufacturers, and furniture manufacturers
  • Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Key Account & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, project managers, and real estate developers
  • Manage institutional and project-based sales (residential, commercial, hospitality, retail)
  • Conduct product presentations, sampling, and site visits
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Identify new geographic markets and untapped segments
  • Track competitor products, pricing, and design trends in the interior décor industry
  • Collect market feedback for new product development (finishes, textures, thickness, colors)
  • Support brand-building activities such as exhibitions, architect meets, and dealer events

Channel & Project Sales

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies for retail and project markets
  • Support dealers with marketing materials, displays, and training
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely supply and execution

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams
  • Ensure order feasibility, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve client issues related to quality, installation, or service

Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain CRM data for leads, projects, and customer interactions
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
