Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities to expand the company’s travel and tourism services.
  • Drive sales growth through corporate tie-ups, B2B partnerships, and individual customer acquisition.
  • Promote domestic and international tour packages including leisure, pilgrimage (Char Dham), honeymoon, group tours, and customized travel plans.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Generate high-quality leads through digital platforms, social media, travel portals, referrals, and field activities.
  • Follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely closures.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, hoteliers, transport vendors, and tourism partners.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by understanding client needs and offering tailored travel solutions.
  • Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization with clients and partners.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Conduct market research to analyze travel trends, customer preferences, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Suggest innovative tour packages and promotional campaigns based on market demand.
  • Support management with insights for business expansion and brand positioning.
  • Team Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with operations, reservations, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and revenue using CRM tools.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present performance updates to management.
  • Brand Promotion & Marketing Support
  • Support digital and offline marketing initiatives including exhibitions, roadshows, corporate meetings, and promotional events.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, travel fairs, and business meetings.
  • Contribute to strengthening the brand image of Travel Paradise Online Private Limited.

Targets & Performance:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and lead conversion ratios.
  • Continuously work towards improving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and service standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales within the travel & tourism industry.
  • Knowledge of domestic & international destinations and travel operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Result-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–5 years of experience in business development or sales (Travel & Tourism preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, travel booking tools, and digital marketing platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
