Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development professional to drive growth in the US market. The role involves lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, and closing opportunities while working from India during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market
  • Perform outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and networking
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and follow-ups with US clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to close deals
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and lead targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and basic contract negotiations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development / Sales for the US market
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Comfortable working in US night shifts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

  • Graduate or Post Graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
