Osumare Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading digital marketing and branding agency, is looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales and revenue growth initiatives. If you have a strong background in digital marketing sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities (Industry Standard): New Business Acquisition & Sales
- Drive end-to-end business development for digital marketing services.
- Convert qualified inbound leads into paying clients by presenting tailored service solutions.
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities through strategic outreach efforts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a structured, KPI-driven approach.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Act as a trusted consultant by understanding client needs, pain points, and growth goals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Work with the marketing team to refine sales strategies, pitch decks, and value propositions.
- Provide strategic insights to support the creation of targeted campaigns and sales messaging.
Solution Pitching & Proposal Management
- Prepare compelling and visually appealing sales presentations, proposals, and customized pitches.
- Present digital marketing solutions such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Branding.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, client servicing) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Share client feedback and market insights to support product and service improvements.
Requirements (Aligned with BDM Standards)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience specifically in Digital Marketing services or Agency sales (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills with experience in designing high-impact sales decks and proposals.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-driven mindset with readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Previous experience in a similar BDM role is preferred.
