Job Title: Business Development Manager – Inside Sales
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, relationship building, and closing deals via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Qualify prospects and understand their business needs.
- Present products/services to potential clients via calls and virtual demos.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–7years of experience in inside sales / business development
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply (depending on company policy)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in SaaS / IT / EdTech / Financial Services industries
- Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
