Business Development Manager – Civil Construction Contracting

Work Description:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.

• Identify, pursue, and secure new projects in civil construction (villas, warehouses, infrastructure, commercial buildings).

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, government authorities, and subcontractors.

• Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pre-qualification documents to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with tendering and estimation teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids.

• Negotiate contracts, MOUs, and agreements in coordination with management.

• Maintain an updated client database and generate regular business development reports.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Business (MBA preferred).

• 5+ years of Business Development experience in a UAE civil contracting company.

• Good knowledge of UAE tendering & authority processes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
