Business Development Manager - Coworking Spaces

India

  • Identify and target potential clients (startups, small businesses, freelancers, etc.) interested in co-working spaces.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Reach out through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Address client inquiries, provide tours of the facilities, and explain the benefits of our co-working solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Create customized proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights to improve services and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
