Role Overview
A well-established interior fit-out company is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager with strong exposure to flooring and interior fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge and a proven ability to drive sales within the KSA construction and interiors sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in flooring, interior fit-out, and office solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and corporate clients
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and client presentations
• Coordinate closely with design, technical, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within Saudi Arabia
• Strong background in flooring, interior design, or fit-out projects
• Proven sales and business development track record in KSA
• Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Solid understanding of the Saudi construction and interior fit-out market

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ﷼14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
