- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in integrated facility management (IFM), soft services (cleaning, housekeeping, pest control), and hard services (MEP maintenance, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, tender documents, and client presentations.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasting.
