Business Development Manager (HR Consultancy)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships within the advertising and marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive agency growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their marketing needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused marketing solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT creation, some experience in designing in Photoshop is also great.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in marketing or advertising.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong Computer Knowledge.
