We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships within the advertising and marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive agency growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their marketing needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused marketing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT creation, some experience in designing in Photoshop is also great.
Requirements:
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in marketing or advertising.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Strong Computer Knowledge.
